What did you find was the best way to remove them w/o affecting the paint? I was just thinking of using a heat gun to warm up some of the adhesive and a plastic blade to peel off. Also have 3M adhesive remover spray to help.

I heated mine up with a hair dryer and then used a plastic scraper and removed them with that. I scraped off the remaining adhesive and used paint thinner to get the rest off.Hope this helps.

I did it in the summer, I just grabbed one end and pulled. Came off easy and then used a eraser wheel to get the rest of the glue off.
For the Ram and 1500 I used a heat gun to soften the glue (was winter time) and a soft bondo or putty blade. Then the eraser wheel follow by some sticker remover. Picked up a can of dominion sure seal sticker and label remover. Bought it at Napa

Here a good video on how to remove the spears or badges.

Default Paint coming off Door Molding

I have a 2005 Orange Daytona truck that has maintained a great paint job except the door moldings. It looks as if the paint is coming off. I wouldn't mind taking them off and cleaning the doors to see how it looks without them however I fear the metal is so thin that I may damage the door taking them off. Any recommendations on getting them off safely? Thanks

You probably could re-clear them.
