Default loose baffle in exhaust

Hey guys, I have an 01 1500 and I was told that I have a loose baffle in the exhaust rattles alot. I no one way to fix it an thats to just get a new exhaust but I dont really have money for that for acouple more weeks, so is there something I can do to ease the rattle.....thx

Try verifying where the rattle is first. Is it in the converter or muffler?

I'm pretty sure its in the muffler. just had a ton of work done and the said the cat was fine

I took my '01 in for just some minor tail pipe work abd in the process of them fixing it they knocked some of the baffling loose in the catilytic converter so it sounded awful. to make up for it the put on a new high flow cat and all new exaust

I agree! my duals did the same thing so i took a saws-all to it and straight piped it. sounds crazy. also ripped the cat right out...
