Ive always done cat-back exhaust first b/c I like to hear my v8s then cai,headers,programmer,lift/tires thats how I did it on my Ranger and on my Dakota and how ill prob do it on my Ram and possibly going from 3.92s to 4.56 Idk ive never done tb work and never done the exhaust all at once but everyone is right doing the exhaust work together is usually a good idea so is doing the tb and cai
