Default 2wd with 20x19 with -12mm offset - too out?

I like the agressive look of tires that stick out a little bit, but don't want the low rider ghetto look.

On a 2010 Stock 2wd, how would a 20x19 -12mm offset rim with 285/55/20 look?

Anybody got this combo? Will it even fit? According to vendor it will and apparently the Ram is the only 2wd that it will fit.

Many thanks for feedback!

Did you mean a 20X9 wheel? Or did you really mean a 20X19???

Here's a 20X9 wheel in a +6 offset a 4.5" backspace:

Same truck, with a 20X9 wheel, +18 offset and 4.5" backspacing:

Kinda demonstrates how the more positive the offset, the further in the wheel tuck in.

Check out this site for an explanation on how to measure them both:

sorry yeah meant 20x9. What are the tire sizes in those two pics. Is that second pic really 20x9? I'll have to read up as I did not know you could have the same size rims with the same backspace, but with different offset.

That first pic looks awsome, love that agressive look. Does that first set of tires make a lot of road noise? Your truck appears to be 4x4, I'm looking to mount these on 4x2.

Well the rim I'm looking at is negative 12mm, so I think it will stick out 18mm more than your first pic.. that' s almost another inch

So would you agree these rims, with some 285/55/20s (~32.5x11.25) might look kinda funny sticking out so much?

Thanks.

It's all a matter of opinion but I would guess it would stick out too much. Pretty expensive mistake if it does.
