Part #P05064737AC, also if it will work do i need an extra cable or antenna for the Nav??? Thanks for ur help guys!

From what I'm seeing I can't say for sure. The current listed part number for the 2010 RER nav unit is 05064818AC along with the GPS antenna 05064187AA.

After a bit of research, I've found that the part number you posted will not work because it communicates via the CAN-B (low speed) protocol and your truck uses the CAN-IHS system (high speed).

Yes, the ram was ft (low speed or fault tolerant) until 09. In 09 it changed to the hs (high speed) can system. You need an hs version of the mygig radio.

I thnk I may have just bought hte wrong one from EBAY, I got a PO564758AC, I am afraid that is LS, and I need HS. Can anyone direct to a site or confirm this. It is a jeep model

according to this chart http://wkjeeps.com/Mygig_parts.htm it is a low speed.
