Default Pitman Arm

Wazzup Dodge fanatics!
My pitman arm cracked where you bolt onto the spline of the steering box! Has this happen to any of you out there? I have a '04 3500 quad cab with a revtech 6" lift and a 3" body lift. I run with 37x13.50x17 mickey thompson baja claws on weld rims. I was told that the sway bar linkage should have been upgraded at the same time but it hasnt. It seems to be running the stock ones or if not.... it sure looks like it. Any tips, suggestions, or comments on this to prevent this happening again? Im new on owning a lifted truck so bare with me........but dont regret buyin it! Huge Dodge fan now!
