Default Does this look damaged?

I just pulled my idle air control valve out...just wondering if anyone can tell me whether it looks bad? It's pretty dirty

Ide clean it up a bit before you put it back in. don't force it at all while cleaning it or it will break. What made you take it out?

Having issues with idling...RPM's will dip down low and then die...I dont have any problems when I have my foot on the gas though. So you dont think it's broken? Just dirty?...
Oh, by the way, what would I use to clean it?

It's naster than a bus station hooker but doesn't appear to be damaged. Give this thread a read. http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=46454

Awesome, I will get to cleaning that tonight. Hopefully that solves my issue. I'm not quite ready to tackle the whole throttle body yet unless it doesn't want to idle after cleaning the air sensor. Oh, and by the way...if that's nastier than a bus station hooker then I'll make sure to steer clear of any bus stations.

Thanks guys!

Well, I cleaned the part and put it back on. Started up my truck and...wow...it idles higher now than it did before and the throttle response was definitely noticeable as well. I slammed on the gas and it threw me back in my seat some...My exhaust is also louder like it was before. Thanks for all the help!
