Default 89 d-100 drivability issues

hi all , new to the site here, i have an 89 d-100 w/ 3.9 liter v6 5speed, with a variety of issues, high idle always, bad fuel mileage, normally wont run much over 1/4 throttle, the only code i have gotten recently from the puter is the o2 sensor showing rich, the colder it is outside the (kinda) better it runs, sensors replaced include o2, tps , and map . i am thinking charge temp sensor, but no local auto parts store or any dodge dealer carry it. Fuel pressure is great, so i am running out of ideas ,so any help would be appreciated
