Default 09 5.7 hemi tuner

Hey guys, I'm new around here always owned a GMC product but don't want to give them anymore of my hard earned money.
Purchased an 09 Ram 1500 laramie with 10,000kms on it, impressed so far with the straight go power of that hemi, looses way to much speed climbing hills with the cruize on always wondered why I pulled on a dodge when hitting a hill, it looses between 5 to 10 km before it shifts if I shift to 5th at the bottom of the hill it works great lots of pull then nothing catches me.
Have purchased the only 4X4 dodge that doesn't like the cold, way to many Electrical problems, mostly in the 4X4 shifting area
Only 2 mods so far K&N cold air kit love the sound & an inline Fitch fuel system, looking for a tuner any idea as to the one that would give me the best bang for the buck & please tell me why or how it would improve this Hemi
Also have E3s in everything else I own thinking about installing them in this ride also, anyone have them in their ride, what was the results.
I drive 300km per day to work mostly at highway speeds, fuel milage went from an average of 12 to an average of 16 when it turned cold hoping to improve on these #s
Surfing for comments thanks John

I'd suggest for a programmer the DiabloSport Predator. I like the canned tuning options, the custom tune flexibility, the tuning results and ease of use.

Instead of going into a long dissertation why, check out the link below on my real world results after installing the canned 91 CAI octane tune on my 2007. Further, I can honestly say the custom tune that was done to my SRT8 turned that car into a freakin' beast.

Good luck with your choice.
