Exclamation fuel pump troubles

i am trying to replace the fuel pump in my 98 2500 v10 but my old pump doesn't have a rollover valve or even a hole for one but all the replacement pumps i get all have either a hole or a rollover valve in them.not sure what to do about this situation, get one with a rollover valve and plug it,but don't know if that will hurt the pump or truck? any ideas out there?

Get the rollover valve. Thats when the truck is upside down, it basically cuts the fuel to the motor. That valve won't mess with the fuel pump at all.
Keep it Mopar, buy Mopar Parts.

I am completely disgusted every time I think about having to take a distributor cap off of one of these trucks -Screamintrashcan
