My ECU just gave out on me so I figured I would replace it with a tuned one, might as well do it over a stock one. Couple questions tho, anyone have recommendations on a tuned ECU that gives the most torque rather then horsepower? I'm more of a torque man and want to gain low end power rather then high end. Also my major concern is when i order a new one are all the ones for the 96 the same? Or are some for non egr and some for egr? Last question is how do i know it wasn't switched out from a 5.2 to a 5.9, and is there any way to tell?
