Default EVIC no display

Ok so just bought my 10 last week and it has 33k on it. The EVIC stopped working today. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but it is annoying. You can faintly see the display but you can not read any of it. Hope some one knows what is wrong.

Hmm, are you sure you didn't back up to the main menu on the EVIC?? Can you still see the outside temp and compass?? If that's not it I would say maybe a bulb burned out.

If you hit the < button on the wheel to many times going out of a menu item it will go blank.

If shutting off the truck and removing the key then starting again doesn't fix it and hitting the > button doesn't fix it, go to the dealer. It should be under warranty.

Sorry but if a key cycle didn't do it, and check your > & < buttons one more time, a power down probably won't help. But give it a try anyway and let us know what happens.

Ok so i didnt disconect the battery like i said i was going to do. actualy i didnt do anything, but when i got in the truck this morning it worked perfect. dont understand it, yesterday i shut the truck off several times and it didnt come back. Not sure but im happy now. I know it wasnt just the < button, there was no temp read out and the three squares below were unreadable too. So i guess time for a new post! looking for some cheap power and better fuel econ!
