Well I originally went there to buy my brother a new ride several months ago. There sales guy just took one look at me and he didnt think I had the money to buy another vehicle. First impression bad. Anyhow, I ended up buying my brother a 04 Chevy
. b/c of this.
Anyhow; I got in contact with chrysler corp. and they are thinking about fixing my dash. They told me to take it to country club dodge here in clarksburg for them to look at it. Anyhow, I walk in and they knew who I was. Great attitudes toward me, everything seemed great. Gave my keys to the guy who was told to bring my truck in the bay... I watch him get in my truck back up from where I parked and pull into the bay. Once in the bay he needed to move over some so he pulled all the way forward and then backed up. RIGHT INTO A Craftsman TOOLBOX full of tools and everything!!!
The whole time I was on the other side of the window waving my hands in the air and was helpless(probably didn't see me b/c of the tint on my windows
He finally realized he hit it. He gets out and first thing he does is see if I was looking... then he abruptly walks to the back of it to see if it did any damage. He finally came and talked to me and said there is no damage. I was like WTH are you thinking dude. Your suppose to be a pro. Obviously not
I finally checked the back of my bumper... you could see everywhere where contact was made. Luckly the trailer hitch took all the major bumping. I finally rubbed all of the marks off after about 5 min. of hard rubbing.
BOY DID THEY PISS ME OFF!!
I better be getting a new dash now for free. (Already suppose to be getting it for free
) Or I'm calling chrysler corp. back for sure and telling them.
