Default codes 0420... 0430... catalyst system low efficiency

I'm backkkkk. quick question abt these two codes.? do these two codes mean my catalytic converter isn't working right. I'm not sure the truck is running good but these codes are bothering me... I think it is due to the after market exhaust I have but don't know. should I worry abt my engine gettin bad fumes or something?

Converters are most likely shot. If the truck is still covered by the emissions warranty, the repair won't cost you anything.

no good, how much damage can be done to my engine riding while riding around on bad cats. And could this be a direct relation from the engine work i was just doing and had done. If you remember i was the guy with the primary chain breaking and oh yeh i had 3 bent valves...it sucked needless to say but i think because i broke most of the seals in on my engine without having the exhaust disconnected could something have caused a build up in my converters????
By the way your the man
