I am thinking about buying the Mufflex DOD18M. Does anyon else have this? It is pretty cheap so I am a little skepticle. Does it sound good? Better performance?

I just put mine on a couple days ago. It sounds great and fits perfectly. I think the 18 is the perfect sound level, you definatly know its there but wont make anyone upset starting it on early mornings.

Mine was easy but I only had 1200 kms so the stock muffler came off without issue. The way the mufflex hangers are made it is very easy to align the tail pipes aswell. I was very happy with it for the price.

I have the DOD18M. I absolutely love it. It's loud enough for my likings. Trust me it sounds amazing!

I too am thinking of buying this. I saw a YouTube video of a guy that installed it. He too said it was easy and the sound was great. My question is about drone when you're on a long trip going a constant 70-75mph - for you that have installed one, what are your thoughts? I want a low growl, but I don't want a loud drone.

Thanks!

If you want to save some money, you could look into a muffler and have a shop weld it in. I got the muffler for 102 and have it welded in for 50 bucks. You might be able to get it cheaper. I would call around before spending the 250 bucks!
