Default Tow Mirrors

Has anyone out there tried to install nissian titan tow mirros on a 2009 dodge ram? Does anyone out know if they fit being that the dodge ram and titan have the same frame?

Personally I think the flip up dodge towing mirrors are the best looking and most functional tow mirrors available.

The mirrors look the same for both 2nd and 3rd gens but here is how they look on my truck.
Right now:
Before The RBP grille:
Close ups of the night I installed them:

This guy has one of the sickest sets I've seen on a third gen. He took the flip up part of the mirror off and colormatched them to the body:

I'm thinking the Titan mirrors won't work.

As far as the wiring in the OH console, I am not sure if they are there or not as I've seen soooo many different harnesses used in the same generation trucks.
