Default Manifold Bolt Broken/Please help

I figured this problem was deserving of a new thread, considering that I could do a lot of damage if I do this wrong.
While attempting to replace the plenum gasket, one of the front intake manifold bolts head broke off, and after I got the distributor off, I discovered that whoever worked on the vehicle before me, broke the last bolt head on the right back side. both bolts are on the right side. The front one is recessed a little, while the back one is almost flush.
I have some ideas on how to get them out, but wanted to get some good advice on what to do, because this is my mom's truck and I am determined to get it fixed for her.
Any input is much appreciated!

Go to NAPA and get yourself a set of Easy-outs. Drill a hole in the center of the bolt but do not make it so large it reaches the thread area of the bolt. Insert the easy out that fits the hole the best and turn it to the left.

You may need to soak the bolts with penetrating oil overnight first.

easy out is good, get a real penetrating oil, not WD-40 or Liquid Wrench, I use PB Blaster but, if you have some KROIL from http://www.kanolabs.com/ , i hear it even works better, may be found at your local gun repair shop

start small, maybe 1/4 to start, that will give you a few larger sizes to work with, if it should not work

Take your time to do it right
you don't want to mess up & have to use a heli-coil http://www.emhart.com/brands/heli-coil

Well, it took half the day yesterday, but I got them out. I broke the bit off while drilling, and had to call my father-in-law (master mechanic - thank God). He put some compressed air to the bit and it came right out, we then drilled down a little further, then worked the manifold off the bolts. We had to heat the studs up with a torch to get them out of the heads.
