Exclamation Code 300 cylinder misfire

My engine light flickered at me today while driving... Felt a slight vibration then vibration went away. Made it to my house did a quick self diagnostic and got the code 300 multiple cylinder misfire.?? I'm sure
This could have a few different trouble shooting options. Any suggestions?
