bottom line is they suck at best. mine are OK and had the same issues as the others ,they ice up easy it seems... i marked it down as in cheap wiper blades and will replace mine and be done with it. kind of like the stock mufflers on the 5.7 dual exhaust --cheap---- but i still love my Ram and those can all be replaced with better equipment

Gotta agree with you. I got rid of the stock muffler on my factory duals and I'm gonna get rid of the stock wipers too. Like you I love my Ram too, just wish they would have put a little more thought in some of the things they did to that truck.

I don't know guys, I think there is something wrong with your wiper arms or springs or something? I don't have this problem in the great white north (although we haven't had as much snow as usual this year, I think NYC has more snow then we do)

Anyway, I mean yes stock wipers arent't the best, but I have no safety problems seeing out the window and using the washer fluid and blades clearing the window in our cold and snow..

Let us know how the new wiper blades do for ya . Does the wiper arm feel like it's forcing the blade against the windshield ?

My wipers do the same thing. Not quite that bad but close. This will be the last winter they are on that's for sure.

Yep you're not alone, my wipers are the same way.

Doesn't even need to be icey or snowy, just cold, and they'll leave a large swath of un-wiped window right in the middle of your field of view. On both passenger and drivers side.

My first thought was to replace them, but looking at them I can't find any sign of wear, or anything wrong with them... I'm afraid that whatever I replace them with may be just as bad!???

I live in New England as well but don't have this problem. I change my wipers to winter wipers before the snow starts flying every year and put in the -30 rated de-icer/washer fluid. I've done this with all my vehicles and never run into troubles. Its part of living in the North. I get the cheap anco winter blades at Walmart for $4 each. The stock wipers aren't made for extreme weather. Hope your new wipers fix your problem.
