Back to fuel door issue...couldn't you just purchase a chrome Ram cover and using a custom-made stencil paint it?

Here's one I was looking at online:

And here is my mockup of what I plan to do to it:

I couldn't agree with you more. It is a cheap attempt at making a knock off, look-alike challenger fuel door. This is why I am looking to see if the challenger door will fit...it actually looks good! I have looked into it more and I think the diameter of the door is fine however I'm not sure if there is any curvature to the challenger door. Also, after looking at the fuel filler tubes of each vehicle, I think the tube would have to be modified on the ram in order to connect with the fuel filler assembly that is included with the challenger door.

I'm going for a throwback muscle car look and feel for my ram. The challenger fuel door would be the perfect centerpiece on my muscle truck I think!

the closest we can come to modifying one would be this unit. again the diameter and on this one if the bolt holes line up...

I have a basic billet fuel door. i like it alot better than the cheap plastic piece that mopar is making Bleggh to that. If you guys want something truly unique I know billet badges will etch a fuel door if you send it to them. That is the route my friend Roland Trudel owner of RBP told me to go when I told him I wanted one of his fuel doors minus the ugly lock on them (I have a locking gas cap and personally think having the lock on the door looks like ass). I may send it off but it is not something I lose sleep overnight over so I can live without it for now
