Default Engine running a little to warM

So since I got this truck had first few hot days here in Texas and cruising Down the highway and sitting at redlights the engine is running. A little on the warm side around 210-245 not at 200 I just installed a new thermostat and fluids are all good , anyone know what could be happening to cause this???

Check Fan Clutch or possibly Water pump
Maybe Air in the system?Wait for the Experts to chime in

I had same issue and For me the problem was clutch.

How do I check the clutch fan? I thought it might be air in the syste
I'm gonna try and purge the system of air tommorrow , I really hope it's not the clutch fan , I'm broke lol

You can get a fan clutch at Napa for about $66. Don't get one at the dealer unless your wallet is filled with 20's. Mine was on its way out cause it used to whine every other time I started the truck. Your truck is suppose to be running at about 205 - 210.
