Oh Boost......you killed Bambi's daddy?????

I understand hunting if you eat the animal you kill but I don't like sport hunting.

J@son, cool pic! Looking forward to fishing with my dad when I move there!

Nice fish Licia, wouldn't be much room on the plate for the chips/french fries!

Yes, I agree with you 100%..... That Buck was shot early in Bow season this year and there is nothing left of him but his rack ...... We Brown's LOVE our venison. Nothing like Backstrap on the Grill with some bushes honey baked beans.

** The Carp is nice..... We have some HUGE Grass Carp here in NC.

Wink Its all GOOD!!!!

Well I can promise you that if you ever tried venison that was prepped and cooked right you would not look at the little boogers the same. When I see a Deer in the woods, all I think about is how great the meat is going to be.

++++ You will like this also...... We have started what we call "Shoot for Hunger".
After we fill our freezer with meat, we will shoot as many as possible to take to the homeless shelters. You would be suprised at how many people 1 deer ground down into burger will feed. And we take 10 at a time! It's not all about the killing, but the good that we can do for others and for the Deer. Taking out the excessive numbers really helps the overall health of the herd. So the next time you see that carcase laying on the side of the road remember that 100 people could have eaten a warm bowl of GREAT Chilly if that Deer would have been shot by a Sportsman.......... God Bless!
