Default Misfires and tranny issues

I really hope I can get some help here. I have done everything I can think of. I have a 96 Ram 2500 work truck, 5.9 light duty with auto trans, 2wd. First it started with OD slipping in and out at cruising speeds. Then I started noticing some misfires. Scans came up with multiple/random misfires. I've cleared the codes and keep coming up with the same multiple/random code but it is always different cylinders. Every cylinder has thrown a code but 7 and 8. Coil, plugs, cap and rotor have been replaced since this all started. Wires are about six months old. I have also replaced the shift solenoid and filter in the tranny with fresh fluid. All injectors are firing, I've ran cheap gas, good gas, everything. I'm stumped. The misses seem to be getting worse and the trans def is too. I don't know if they are related but please any help will be appreciated.

Have you checked for a blown plenum pan gasket?

Is there an actual check other than taking everything apart or do I need to just look for my plugs oil fouling. I did buy a scan tool with data stream and noticed that both short term and long term fuel trim on one bank is really high. Would this be from a blown plenum? I'm pretty savvy with my vehicles I've never taken one to a mechanic, but this one has me floored.
