Default drop in oil pressure

I have a 1996 5.2. I will start the engine and let it warm up.It will run for about 10 minutes and the oil light comes on. Then about a minute later the oil pressure drops to zero. If I increase the idle speed it will be fine and when I let off the throttle it does the same thing. I have replaced the oil pump and the sending unit.

Check the oil pressure sending unit…common failure item.

I have a 97. It shows low pressure (not zero) but runs fine. When I give it gas, it shows correctly. Weird
