Default 96 Ram Radio/Clock bot working

I parked my truck for 3 months and now the radio/clock does not work. There is a small "dash" light where the clock time usually is. I read somewhere that the IOD fuse (where is it?) should be pulled for a couple minutes, then reinsert it and that may fix it. Also read that maybe can discount the battery and maybe will do it. Any suggestions? I really don't miss the radio but I do miss the clock.....
