Hahaha, I know it. As soon as I replied to you earlier I got on the horn with the local Dodge dealer. DENIED! Ohwell...be sure and us premium bearings and seals on your rebuild, chassis and drivetrain is something you don't want cheap parts on. I'm still negotiating a 1ton axle swap, this is currently my dailydriver but big dreams of a solid offroading project. Need to do somemore research into what this 9.25 is capable of handling and how long the NP231 would hold up to slightly heavier driveline with lift and larger tires. Shoot, the lift is bout the most disheartening thin about choosing this truck as a project. Seems the good quality suspension kits (long travel ect..
). And others built for haulin ass through the dunes have all but forgotten about the 1/2ton 2nd gen 4x4 Ram. KORE replied to me a lil while ago that they think the truck is worthy of a good system but they to busy for now with the ram runner and their fleet of racing 3rdgens. You'd think with as many that are on the road yet, there would be a decent market to design a functional bolton system.

I have the same problem and I took it apart today and a few special tool that I dont have are required. Like the four foot tool to get the Bearings and Gears out. I will start back on it tomorrow and post plenty of Pictures to let you know how tough it is along the way.
