Default going little higher

ok heres the deal i have a three inch susp lift as of now my springs are starting to sag in the front is it posable to replace them with 5inch coils without a drop track bar or new control arms truck is 99 1500 sport 4x4

If all you have is a 3 inch spacer or springs....absolutely not! Your control arm angles will be too severe and your front differential will be way out of whack with your frame. Caster will be impossible to set and your truck may track doglegged.
Also your steering and track bar angles will be severe, increasing the wear on those components. Your truck will be more suseptable to bump steer.

To do a 5 inch lift properly you should not only have the proper length control arms and track bar setup, but a drop pitman arm and either sway bar drop brackets or longer links.
If you use the factory mounting points for your control arms your ride will still be harsh due to thier angle, but it may be acceptable. Otherwise you'll need psuedo long arms.

sorry didnt give all the info the 3 inch lift i have has the control arms drop pitman just wondering if i need the track bar and if the 3inch lift control arms would be ok to add taller springs
