I would go with the Diablo. I had one on my charger and it was amazing. Not to mention if you plan on mods like a cam, and heads you will need it to get a proper tune. You can change shift points, rev limits, and it has 3 canned tunes for different octanes of fuel. An awesome tuner all around. IMO its the best.

I heard the Diablo II was best. Anyone know where to get one at a decent price?

ok well i had both. i went with super chip first because basic bolts on exhaust headers intake ported tb. Then i said hell i bought cams. Then went to diablo. Superchip better for tq management and tranny support. Diablo better for cams and more into the buil.d I got my diablo 500. But i get 1 year custom tunes and the diablo to pc wire adapter. It all matters what you want about the custom tunes. They cost from 250 to 300. So i bought the package. Hope this helps

That's an excellent question.I have wanted to find out the same thing for my 2003 Ram 5.7 Hemi.I have also heard that you can run into issues with the ECM on the 03 when doing performance upgrades.Does anyone have any feed back on that issue.

For basic bolt-ons, the Superchip is probably the better of the two as it has better transmission control, however, it's limited in how much it will tune. A CAI, exhaust + headers, and possibly throttle body pushes the limits. If you want to go any further, you'd want to get the predator as it's the go-to programmer for most all performance manufacturers.

I have personally run a predator from day 1, and love the 91 tune.
