When you say everything, I presume that means the thermostat as well?

Swap out your T-stat if you haven't done so already, and if it still won't heat up, then I'd say cover up the front of the rad to stop most of the cold air from flowing through and allowing the coolant to warm up properly.

I'd say look at the thermostat . It's not a bad idea to change out the cap and coolant as a regular service neither .

im on my 5 tstat its a mopar 195 and i got the red off half way because i need air to cool the trans cooler but yes when i say every thing i mean everything the list is new: water pump tstat heater core(it wnet out) fan and clutch the old: radiator and hoses the coolant has a freeze point of negative 40 couple winters ago it got down to that so thats why i havnt changed the point. wierd part is it was fine untill the winter after i went to the drags and that following summer is when i started changing stuff out so im lost the only time it over heats (amazing it does at all) is if a the fan stops(3ft of snow packed in a bad fan shroud desighn) on a high way with too much rad covered or stuck in snow or mud (hi rpm situations and not mooving very fast) any other ideas
