Default Differential fluid capacities

Hey all, I'm going to service the diffs with Amsoil severe gear 75W-90. My haynes manual is not totally clear on the capacities the diffs need. It's an 01 sport with 5.9 and I'm not sure what gears I'm running. It has a limited slip differential so I need a friction modifier but Amsoil claims their product is compatible with most LSD's. Can anyone help me?

Without knowing exactly which axles you have I can't pinpoint the exact amount but 6 quarts is typically enough to do both diffs on the 1500.
