As far as I know "outside only" usually cost $500-$700 and inside,outside,underneath deal is probably gonna cost $1400-$1600
I would try to see if theres a local tech school or body school that may be able to do it a little cheaper, if not for free as a student project.
If the trucks in pretty rough shape you might want to find someone who offers Starblast.
A friend of mine who goes to Wyotech just mediablasted another friends 53 Willys CJ3A tub for free at school. It was nice when I was in highschool we had a small blast cabinet so I made a good bit of money powdercoating parts for my Dads friends. My mom was never happy when she would find an intake manifold in her oven
