Default cylinder 1 misfire.

well got another problem with my truck. was drivin down the highway the other day and all of a sudden the truck starts poppin then a minute later the engine light flashes a few times. then yesterday was driving along and hit a hill and started doin the same thing without ooverdrive on so i went and plugged it in at autozone and said cylinder 1 was misfiring. now a lil info. plugs coil wires have all been changed recently. and it only seems to run like crap when going up hill or lugging it on the highway. does anyone know wat might be causing this. im thinkin maybe injector but would appreciate a more experienced guess as to wat it is. thanks

Certainly could be an injector or fuel pressure/volume issue. There's also the possibility of a mechanical problem internal to the engine, or other electrical issues.
