I may sell it and try another brand...Unsure
I wouldn't be so sure that it is the Predator. My truck is bonestock and found this thread when researching the same problem others here have described. IMO, just avoiding wot from 45mph to 60mph is an unacceptable answer. The truck is going back to the dealership Wednesday.

Funny, my truck never did it with the 93 octane tune plugged in but after I went back to stock for awhile prior to having the HVAC recall done last week (and since then plugged in the 87 octane tune) it's shimmying and shaking all around WOT. Hopefully when I burn off the last of the 87 octane I was running while on stock and can go back to the 93 octane tune it will work itself out.

I thought the HEMI required 89 or better? I run the 93 tune and have no issues with shutter, but then again...I am aware of the issues and avoid it if possible.

Here's a copy/paste straight from the owners manual.

The 5.7L engine is designed to meet all
emissions regulations and provide satisfactory
fuel economy and performance when
using high quality unleaded gasoline having
an octane range of 87 to 89. The manufacturer
recommends the use of 89 octane
for optimum performance. The use of premium gasoline
is not recommended, as it will not provide any benefit

over regular gasoline in these engines.

While they recommend 89 Octane they allow 87. My choices here are 87, 91 & 93. Too hard to find 91 so I went with the 87 for awhile plus now that I'm back running the Diablo it has an 87 Octane tune - but I'm still going back to the 93 this weekend when I fill up. I believe that the 93 Diablo tune and gas makes for not only a better performing truck but a better running one as well.

vtx dodge is on a distinguished road
Default Diablo problems

I have a 2009 Dodge Ram Red Sport with the DSP and I am not pleased with it.Just the other day I raced a Vortec Max with a lot of upgrades in it and got beat.He took me after 60 he just walked away at least 3 truck links and just stayed there. So I tried to race a friend of mine with a 09 Dodge Ram Black Sport with the DSP and the same up grades that I have and it was close but he took it after 90 about a truck link.So i decided to reset the chip to stock tunes and keep the top out to 190 MPH.You never believe it I raced the Chevy again and beat him at least 3 times after this and the same for my friend with the dodge smoked him bad.But also no trans slipping going on after this so just something to put out there for all my dodge drivers.Yes it is good to have the chip so you can have a better top out or change tire size for speed problems but for performance I don't see any thing just hold back. 09 Dodge Ram 1500 Red Sport 5.7 Hemi Air Aid Intake, 44 Super Flow Flowmaster ( ?DSP Chip)

Interesting that right beside that statement in the owner's manual there is a "89" box shown

And the statement above it says this:
3.7L and 4.7L Engine

All engines (except 5.7L engines) are designed to meet all emissions regulations and provide excellent fuel economy and performance when using high quality unleaded “regular” gasoline having an octane rating of 87. The use of premium gasoline is not recommended, as it will not provide any benefit over regular gasoline in these engines.
