I did a coast to coast and back drive last year and I found the front buckets to be really comfortable. keep in mind my last vehicle was a 95 wrangler that I had been driving for 13 years.

i took my sport rcsb 4x4 for a three hr ride to no where yesterday, including rural country roads and hwy on the not so great jersey roads. over the years i have also had a couple spinal surgeries and this year a couple of discs replaced. my sport has the center console and cloth bucket seats with the power seat and lumbar support. i was more than comfortable in this seat and impressed by the ride. i was also completely pain free when i got out of the truck after the ride. i could easily drive this truck across country and be able to say it is very comfortable. now if you have or are getting a quad cab, you will have a longer wheelbase which will make for a smoother ride which will only add to the comfort of these seats.

i did that ride a few times in the late seventies when stationed in san diego. made the trip in a 73 jeep cj, trust me, your 95 jeep was total luxury compared to my old jeep, lol.

8 hour trip to Mt Home, ID from Ogden, UT and back...with the wife, teenager and 6 month old, baby slept most of the way, I didn't mind it to much, ST bench seat was way better than my '99 Durango oddly enough

I have the split front bench with manual seats and no lumbar, and I have no complaints. Longest trip so far was about 4 1/2 hours. I had leather and lumbar buckets before in my F**d, but I find the Ram just about as comfortable.

I know my Ram is older, its a 98 but I drive from Chicago IL, to Marion IL almost every week, its about a 6.5+ hour drive, and I have a bad back from an injury in Afghanistan and I have no complaints, as opposed to my jeep where after 2 hours im reaching for my bottle of vicodin lol

My cloth-ish big horn seats are comfy enough. I find my butt gets a little soar towards the end of the 1000 mile Minneapolis to middle Montana drive, but I also don't have to readjust anything and I don't take breaks. It's not quite as comfy as my old 2000 silverado but those seats were really plush and didn't hold up as well as the fabric on these Rams.

Now that I have my Ram I can honestly say this is the most comfortable truck I have ever driven! Longest stretch I've done is about 5 hours, no numb butt to be found, in fact I'm bummed when I get where I'm going cause it means I'm done driving the Ram for awhile.
