I haven't tried them but have read some complaints on the web, I think I'd go for a full tuner.

I totally agree. Those "chips" don't change any operating parameters, they just send false signals to the PCM to think it is experiencing differing fuel demands.

I was just reading a guy on the Dodge Nitro forum purchased one online and it said it had a 100% money back guarantee. He called them and yeah they said they would call him back wiht the return shipping information and yeah no call back. Everytime he calls, no call back. Luckly he didn't spend that much on it.
