Default Steering wheel upside down

I purchased a 2000 dodge Ram 1500 4x4 and the steering wheel is upside down. It has a 3" lift. Can I adjust the drag link to recenter the steering wheel, or do I need to drop the pitman arm and recenter?

sounds like it needs just a good alignment. Was the lift installed recently? It could have thrown things out of whack and given some positive camber as well. I would take it to a shop to have it done but, have somebody hold the steering wheel in place where it SHOULD be and then adjust the lock nut on the tie rods. thats how it is on my truck but it's a 1998, im not sure how the setup looks on newer 2nd gens. I don't think it will be too easy, Usually we have plates under each wheel that slide and pivot effortlessly to let the wheels toe in and out.
