Default A/C compressor question

Does anyone know what the aluminum (it think) nut in the center of the rear ac compressor case would be?

I am about to install an Eaton M112 supercharger on my 4.7, and looks like the compressor is going to be a pima.

I was wondering if anyone knew what this nut was and if I could grind it down/off. Mothers day today, and don't really want to get caught in the garage with tools, or I would just take it off and look. Thought I might ask you guys first! Thanks

hmmm....no idea at all. The service manual does not identify this particular nut.

Yeah, thinkin it might be some sort of overpressure relief valve... hopefully my wife finds hers. She did take the truck though, so maybe I won't have to worry about it after all!! LOL... Mothers day, not a good idea to play with my truck...even worse to get caught!
