Just can't decide if the extra $300 is worth it or not, too damn indecisive.

I've decided that one for myself....if I wanna see what the engine is doing from time to time, I can always log with my Predator and use the DS tools you can download from their site to view the logs.

Maddog,
Hi, I'm really new to the club and all and I noticed you have a '07 Ram Mega-Cab. I have one as well. It's the same year make and model and a 4x4 with tow package etc etc etc. I don't do anything real crazy but I do haul wood and tow hay wagons on occation (farm stuff). Anyway, I was wondering if you've replaced the OEM shocks with better aftermarket ones and if so, can you give me the lowdown on what you did? If not, have you heard what works what doesn't? I'd appreciate any advice you or anyone else would like to share.

Thanks!

I went from about 13 combined to a little over 15 combined if I'm really nice with the pedal. I drive pretty much 50/50 between city and hwy.

Do you guys think you'd see better gains with the 89 or 91 octane tune? Also is anyone running these tunes having transmission issues? I'm positive that the canned tunes play with the T.M a bit. I would like to pull the trigger on this but am hesitant until I know my transmission will still be safe. Thanks guys!

I haven't felt or had any problems with the transmission. I got the best MPG on the 93 octane tune, but currently am running the 87 the difference in mpg wasn't enough to offset the cost. Even with the 87 I'm getting about 2 mpg better than stock.
