Have you had yours installed yet? I had mine installed, set at highest position, but have a clunking noise along with feeling something strange, like a rattle, on small bumps, like the 2" drop out of my driveway onto the black top. I've done some research and have seen issues about the sway bar torque specifications and bringing stock front end 2.5" and up without a sway bar relocation/drop.....

Any word?

I had them installed about 2 weeks ago. They went on when my RCX 6" lift did. They are also only at the 1.5" setting. With that said I have yet to hear any rattling or clunking noises The ride is pretty good too Hate to hear it's giving you problems, keep us updated on what you find...

I have a 2011 Ram 1500 SLT Big Horn, Quad Cab 4x4.

Torque specs for strut rod. Bilstein calls for 35 ft lbs which didnt work for a 2011 it seems because the strut will jiggle up and down on small bumps. Should be 45 ft lbs. At least that is what mine are at now and the issue is gone.

If I'm not mistaken, that will mean taking off the wheel, removing the upper, disconnection of the steering, essentially removing it from the truck, then checking the top most nut that attaches to the strut rod, not the 3 bolt/nut combination that attaches the assembly to the top mount.

FYI, don't over do it, it seems those are nylon nuts, at least that's what I think they are. 45 ft lbs did it for mine, but I don't want to say that is the end all. I'd welcome thorough review.
