Default 2011 Sport Questions

Hello i recently traded in my 2009 SLT Hemi for the 2011 Sport Hemi there seems to be a different feel to the 2011 truck when coming to a stop it almost as if the truck is engine breaking does your 2011 have this feel also my 2009 did not.

I also have the RHB touch screen radio how much information can the HDD hold.

I notice it in my crewcab as well. I think its just the gears downshifting. Im not sure but I seen a thread in here somewhere that talked about two second gears and one was for deceleratin/downshifting. Not sure if this is what your experiencing also.

Yes it's just the truck downshifting. I notice more somedays that others but that's all it is.

my '09 engine brake has always worked, sometime i wish it didn't, like coming off the hill, 42 miles of mostly down hill, engine braking if it could be shut off, would be a big gas saver, i could almost coast 2/3rds of the way

why don't you just keep your foot lightly floating on the pedal if you don't want the back pressure from the motor when you're going down hill? I don't think any vehicle jumps into neutral everytime that you take your foot off the gas pedal does it? My mpg's are always +30 (max on the screen) down hills with my foot lightly on the pedal.

that HDD will have about 1/2 the rated capacity available for you to use. The first 1/2 is used up by O/S and maps for NAV.

Oh, and congrats on the new truck!
