I never had anything listed as damage in the history, but I found shattered glass in the rear door cubby...lots of glass. I imagine this would have came from some busted window..it was clear so it wasnt the rear windows, but it had to come from somewhere. Also there was buffing polish left around the front of the passenger front fender near the headlight....so I imagine a lot of things go unreported.

Fenkell handles all repairs from flat tires to major damage - Im sure you had something minor done but the only way to check is I would need the last 8 of the vin.
As far as spray in bedliners, that is performed by a company called Ground Effects, and upfitting and technical upgrades are performed by a company called Argus.

The only thing we could see in our system was a minor paint defect at the storage yard with NO other notations throughout the rest of the transport chain. I'm guessing it was some dirt in the paint and they polished it out. My '11 had some as well and unfortunately I had to find it at Delivery.......Don't let this worry you - Enjoy your Truck and focus on your MODS!!

You would be surprised at the damage done on the auto carrier trucks
mostly mirrors, windows, tires, rims, & rooftops
the drivers are watched constantly & told to hustle faster, getting into & out of the vehicles they have to move along a rail that is very narrow, if that rail is wet, covered in hydraulic oil, or icy it is not something that i would want to do
sometimes the driver is new or unfamiliar with a transporter, they load the wrong vehicle on the bottom lower level & then lower the upper deck down onto a roof, sometimes a hydraulic line blows & you get a big whoops.

don't look at the image with the Ram

I wouldn't be worried about the Fenkell repair facility. We have vehicle frequently in there and we always end up getting them in prestine condition. My personal truck sat in the Fenkel facility with no reports for a month. Unfortunately a whole bunch of wheels were taken from vehicle and my truck was one of them. took a month for them to get factory wheels back on and shipped to us. The Fenkel facility handles everything that isn't related direct trasport to your dealer. The bad thing is that when you check the status of your shipping, it's still call a repair facility.

Enjoy it when it get's here.
