They had a white one on saturday where I bought mine and I parked the R/T next to it and it was very similar especially since this one had the sport hood too. My mom brought up the idea of buying one and putting a hennessey 500 kit on it and having my R/T for a daily driver. I love her idea lol

ok now on to my stupid question of the day.. what is an express and what make it so much different the any other ram or so close to the R/T???

It's an st with body colored bumpers and grille, and a hemi standard. Only differences between it and the R/T are the interior, torque convertor, wheels, and gears

Well starts off with the fact that they are both regular cabs (I would guess the Express even weighs a few hundred lb less so good there), they both have the Hemi with the same HP. Hemi is standard on the Express. They both look very similar body style outside because they gave the Express the Sport style front and rear painted fascias, the black honeycomb grill, fog lamps, and dual exhausts. The Express also gets 20" wheels standard, which aren't the R/T's 22s. You can also get the Express with 3.92 gears which is damn close to the RTs 4.10s. So what you're ending up with is an Express that's like 90% of an RT in most ways that count: engine, horsepower, appearance, but for $23,000 MSRP versus $31,000 MSRP. Now you see that price difference is what MAKES this truck.

Express is still missing the R/T torque converter though and the R/T has a nicer interior

True and the hood too.

But I'm one of those strange people who likes the interior of the Express better because it looks more like a regular cab truck and doesn't have that huge console (which I personally don't like). Oh and you can get a 4X4, which is another difference.

but the money you save buying the express you could get an aftermarket hood, maybe some rims hell even upgrade to that torque, gears are cheap to. so all in all you could have a truck that is almost as fast or faster for less money?
