BDS makes a 4 Inch Lift.

I thought that 02-05 had torsion bars and 06-08 do not which is why they don't make leveling kit spacers for the 02-05's because you just crank on the keys.... Am I wrong?

On BDS's and Rough Country's websites they have it split up like that aswell.

No, you are correct. My 05 has torsion keys, whereas some of the other 3rd gens have struts (i believe 06+, could be wrong though).

02-05 have the same front suspension, 2wd/4wd respectively. The front frame and suspension was revamped a bit in 06, still uses coils for 2wd, but instead of t-bars they went to struts for 4wd. 06-08 should have identical suspensions, I don't see why an 06 kit wouldn't fit an 07. An 05 kit should not fit an 07 though.

Bingo.

I'm no expert (new to these Rams) but this is what I have noticed from my research. guy at work has an 05 with torsion bars and mine is an 06 with struts.

No. The 2002-2005 ram 1500 4wds have torsion bar front suspension and the 2006+ have Coil spring front suspension, two totally different set-ups.

06 went to coil over setup, earlier models run the torsion bar style. rough country has kits for both and for a reason!
