Default 2011 Nav issues

2011 Ram Sport Quad cab. I've been trying to get familiar with the nav section of my radio lately, and have found a couple of issues that have me puzzled. I tried to put in a local address, 1300 block, and it keeps coming up 2 addresses in the 1700 block. That's as close as it gets. I put my NUVI in next to it and it goes right to the correct address. Started looking through the settings and found they are the same software, in a couple of cases the truck is newer. I also would like to retrieve my numerical GPS coordinates, but I can't find them either. NUVI? No problem. The last bitch I have is I can't find a place to set the volume, and usually miss directions.
Anyone have any solutions or ideas?

For the volume, just turn up the normal volume when the nav is talking.

On my gps on the menu there is a "my location" or something like that touch button to hit that will show you your numerical location, somewhere near the bottom of the menu if I am not mistaken. Not sure if all of the models are the same. Hope this helps.

well, i'll speak about the NAV system in my '09 730N radio
your radio volume & telephone /nav system have 2 separate volumes
go to MENU, system setup
i suggest you use voice controls rather than the finger controls while moving or stationary

press NAV, then the face that seems to be speaking icon, follow the prompts, it will be vocal, you just reply vocally
you get used to it after a while, i personally use a Gamin Nuvi with Lifetime Maps & Traffic hand held/ mobile mount

beats the crap out of the Ram radio NAV
