Default True dual setups

I want to go with a true dual setup with an X oioe and some Magnaflow mufflers and cats but my questions are:
1) How did you route the pipes? pics would be great
2) What size pipes 3" or 2 1/2"
3) Which Magnaflow mufflers should i go with


Oh yeah I have a 5.7 quad cab and would like the mufflers to dump before the axles.

should dunp it post axle...keeps the same aggessive sound outside, and half the sound incab...

because of my motor setup I was able to run 3" piping from the header collectors (no cats) all the way to muffler which itself has an internal Y to 3.5" single out...I wanted to retain low end performance and maximize flow at higher rpms

nice setup. but what are you doing about the O2's and no cat's? wont that throw codes?

still have rear 02's, I do the plug fouler setup to get around the codes..

Because of the location and size of the fuel tank, folks route their pipes to the same side (passenger side), then the driver's side tail pipe angles out to be parallel with the passenger side pipe.

I like the Magnaflow 18" size cans (22" OAL) because of the sound. Nice burble when cruising, no huge sound intrusion in the cab and when you get on it, people look.

I agree with -fast freddie- there....dump it behind the axles.
