yeah when i hit a barn mine partially ripped off the truck and messed up the bumper a bit, it was a pain in the ass to fix i will say after a little time with my Grandfathers tools (some bending, cursing, blood and paint) it was pretty much fixed although part of the bumper needs to be replaced but i fixed the mirror

Good job!
Its nice to build things yourself! Is that pipe or tubing? What kind of welder do you have?
Save up for a tube bender and you can take a bumper like that to a whole new level!

Its all pipe, 1/4" wall. I have a hobart 187 MIG welder. I use the flux core wire though instead of buying gas. After I finish up this ten lb spool, I will be switching over though. I would love to have a pipe bender, especially since my next project is my F150 which will have a similar bumper, a full roll cage, plus I wanna make some rock sliders for both trucks.
