So ya'll asked about mods. It has dual tailpipes so I need to get that muffler out of there and put in some flowmasters or glasspaks.

I want to level the front end but cant seem to find a way to do that cheaply. All I hear is that if you put new torsion keys on it it will wear out the ball joints etc prematurly. Any help with this would be great.

It already has a chrome theme, so I will keep that going. I will put some diamondplate around the top of the bed and throw in a diamond plate truck box.

Once I get the front end figured out, I want to get some bigger tires. I hear I can get some 35's but who knows. Will have to see when I get it up.

Ohh and a bumper guard or a bull bar for the front as well.

If anyone has some good info on the leveling it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Swany

Very nice looking truck. Always liked that blue and the chrome just sets it off. Can't wait to see some pics of it when you put in the diamond plate box and around the bed!

Is it 4x4? If so you dont even need to install new torsion keys, just crank up the ones thats already on there. I havent heard of any mild lift in the front ruining ball joints, anything over 2.5" though and you may consider installing a lift kit.

I'd go for a 2" leveling kit for the front. Then you'd have no problem with a 33" tire. This is the least expensive method and won't stress the rest of your suspension.
