Is there not anything that can be done that does NOT void the warranty?
nope, as long as the nox filter and dpf system are there clogging up the exhaust and using all of your fuel, its still gonna be sluggish

Its funny a 6.7 is the only diesel truck I've ever stalled and I did it twice in the same trip home

I don't know what anyone else has experienced, but I'll tell you about mine.

I just bought a 2010 3500 w/6000m on the 6.7, 1 1/2 weeks ago. I felt that it was sluggish on easy take-offs, and thought that it was just the diesel way and I would have to get used to it.
Well, after seeing a lot of recommendations for the PSM CAI system, I decided to check it out. I read what they had to say on their website, and it sounded logical. But not having the funds to start doing mods just yet, I was just going to have to live with it for a while.
I looked at all the pics on the PSM website real close, and thought that I am pretty good with my hands, I figured that I could do something like that. Well, luck would have it, I had a K&N CAI kit for the '09 wimpy chevy (1500/5.3 and kit caused check engine light to stay lit) that I traded in for the Dodge. So after looking it over, I cut the intake tube down a little and used some of the other parts to make an intake just like the PSM system, but with a smoother tube.
After install, I noticed a big difference in the take-off even with the stock filter in it. I ordered the same AFE filter that PSM uses. Hopefully that will just make it better.

I'm not saying it will work the same for you, but what do you have to loose? Your just gaining more air if you try it.
