Default Assistance with wiring my system plz ( 2011 CC)

Could someone assist me in letting me know the best way to wire up this system in my CrewCab? I would love to avoid some trial and error and get it right on the first shot. A, B or Other suggestions... Thanks in advance.

I could be wrong, and probably am...but I think option B would put your speakers out of your 4ohm area. You need to check that your amp is a 4 ohm amp as well. Do a search on google about wiring things up...that should help you out.

I did "A" with 6 1/2 in front doors and then the "Stock" top of dash speakers sounded so bad I cut the wires and it sounds so much better,, just run the 4 off the amp and it will sound great.

A is your best bet....but as racerdemon said it might sound better cutting the dash 3.5's out completly,i say try it both ways and see what you like.

Keeping 6 speakers and the sub. I will not be hooking up the center or the two roof speakers. I think I will try this set up and see how it turns out.

Run your front & rear doors to the amp,run the dash to the radio.

Your radio isnt going to run the front doors to there potential.

I am going to run the front and dash off of the amp. As for the 6x9's in the rear door, I will be running those off the head unit. If this doesn't sound right once I get the amp set up, I will try the dash speakers on the amp. I am almost finished with the sub enclosure and the amp rack. I just have a few minor adjustments and I should be tackling this tomorrow. I will post up what works best for me.

I approve of the last setup

You never mentioned what type of speakers you were putting in?

Not that it matters as 99.9% of all car audio speakers (not counting subs) are 4 ohm I'd imagine.

Go with option A if you want to run the dash speakers. Option B runs your front speakers in series and cuts your amp power by almost half. Your door speakers should all be run off the amp because they are your main sound providers. The dash speakers are fill in or front stage highs so they are perfectly fine being driven by your head unit.
