Default Rusty water

I still have rusty water in my engine after five flushes.
A guy I talked to today said they are all like that.
Is it true?
I have 118,000 miles.

With the age of the engine that's possible, but I'd wonder. Are you just flushing with water or did you use a treatment?

I have used the Prestone treatment twice.
I must admit that I only left it in for 24 hours each time for fear of it eating away something in the engine besides rust.
I am going to do it again and leave it in for a few weeks and see what happens.
